Type and Application of Joint Bearing (1)

The joint bearing is a spherical sliding bearing whose sliding contact surface is composed of an inner sphere and an outer spherical surface which can be rotated and swung at any angle when moving. The following describes the type and classification of joint bearings.

 

 

Radial Spherical Joint Bearing

1. GE…E type joint bearing has no lubricating oil groove and can withstand radial load and small axial load in any direction.

 

2. GE…ES type joint bearing has the lubricating oil groove, which can withstand radial load and small axial load in any direction.

 

3. GE…ES-2RS type joint bearing has lubricating oil groove, there is a sealing ring on both sides of it. It can withstand radial load and small axial load in any direction.

 

4. GE…ES-2RS type joint bearing has lubricating oil groove, it has sealing ring on both sides, which can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction.

5. GE…ESN type joint bearing has lubricating oil groove, its outer ring is equipped with stop groove. It can withstand radial load and small axial load in either direction, but its ability to withstand axial load will decrease when the axial load is borne by the snap ring.

 

6. GE…XSN type joint bearing has lubricating oil groove, and the stop groove is on its outer ring. It can withstand radial load and small axial load in either direction, but its ability to withstand axial load will decrease when the axial load is borne by the snap ring.

 

7. GE…HS type joint bearing has lubricating oil groove, its clearance can be adjusted after it is worn. It can withstand radial load and small axial load in either direction.

 

8. The inner ring of the GE…DE1 joint bearing is made of hardened bearing steel, and the outer ring is made of bearing steel. The bearings with an inner diameter of less than 15 mm have no lubricating oil grooves and oilhole and can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in any direction.  

 

9. The outer ring of the GE…DS joint bearing has assembly groove and lubricating oil groove. It can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in any direction.

 

 

Angular-contact Joint Bearing

The inner and outer rings of the GAC…S joint bearing are all made of hardened bearing steel with oil grooves and oil holes on the outer ring. It can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in either direction.

 

 

Thrust Joint Bearing

The shaft washer and housing washer of GX…S type joint bearing are made of hardened bearing steel, and there are oil groove and oil hole on the housing washer. It can withstand the axial load in one direction.

 

 

Rod End Joint Bearing

1. There is internal thread on the rod end of SI…E type joint bearing, and the material of the bearing is carbon structural steel and the bearing does not have lubricating oil groove. It can withstand radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times radial load in any direction.

 

2. There is external thread on the rod end of SA…E type joint bearing, and the material of the bearing is carbon structural steel and the bearing does not have lubricating oil groove. It can withstand radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times radial load in any direction.

 

3. There is internal thread on the rod end of SI…ES type joint bearing, and the material of the bearing is carbon structural steel and the bearing has lubricating oil groove. It can withstand radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times radial load in any direction.

4. There is external thread on the rod end of SA…ES type joint bearing, and the material of the bearing is carbon structural steel and the bearing has lubricating oil groove. It can withstand radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times radial load in any direction.

 

5. SIB…S type joint bearing has internal thread on the rod end, the bearing is made of carbon structural steel, and its inner ring is made of hardened bearing steel. It can withstand radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times radial load in any direction.

 

6. SAB…S type joint bearing has external thread on the rod end, the bearing is made of carbon structural steel, and its inner ring is made of hardened bearing steel. It can withstand radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times radial load in any direction.

 

7. SQ… type joint bearing is a kind of ball-end joint bearing, the rod end is made of carbon structural steel, and the ball-end is made of carburized steel. It can withstand radial loads and small axial loads in any direction.
