The joint bearing is a spherical sliding bearing whose sliding contact surface is composed of an inner sphere and an outer spherical surface which can be rotated and swung at any angle when moving. The following describes the type and classification of  joint bearings.

 

 

Self Lubricating and Radial Spherical Joint Bearing

1. The sliding surface of the outer ring of GE…C and GE…T joint bearings is made of sintered bronze composites. The inner ring of the bearing is made of hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface of the inner ring is made of hard chromium plating. It can withstand the load with the same direction. It can also withstand small axial load in any direction while bearing radial loads.

 

2. The outer ring of GE…CS-2Z joint bearing is made of bearing steel and its sliding surface is made of sintered bronze composite. The inner ring of the bearing is made of hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface of the inner ring is made of hard chromium plating. It can withstand the load with the same direction. It can also withstand small axial load in any direction while bearing radial loads.

 

3. The outer ring of GEEW…T joint bearing is made of bearing steel and its sliding surface is made of PTFE fabric. The technical inner ring for mounting and replacing bearings is made of hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface of the inner ring is made of hard chromium plating. It can withstand the load with the same direction. It can also withstand small axial load in any direction while bearing radial loads.

Its inner ring is made of hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface of the inner ring is made of hard chromium plating. It can withstand moderate radial loads with constant direction.

 

5. The outer ring of GE…F2 joint bearing is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and its sliding surface is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with PTFE as additive. The inner ring of the metal bearing is made of hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface of the inner ring is made of hard chromium plating. It can withstand moderate radial loads with constant direction.

 

6. The outer ring of GE…FSA joint bearing is made of medium carbon steel, and its sliding surface is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with PTFE as additive, which is fixed on the outer ring with a fixer. The inner ring of the bearing is made of hardened bearing steel. It can withstand large radial loads.

 

7. The outer ring of GE…FIH joint bearing is made of hardened bearing steel and its inner ring is made of medium carbon steel. Its sliding surface is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with PTFE as additive, which is fixed on the outer ring with a fixer. It can withstand large radial loads.

The outer ring of GAC…F joint bearing is made of hardened bearing steel, and its sliding surface is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with PTFE as additive. The inner ring of the bearing is made of hardened bearing steel and its sliding surface is made of hard chromium plating. It can withstand radial load and axial load in one direction.

 

 

Self lubricating and Thrust Joint Bearing

The housing washer of GX…F joint bearing is made of hardened bearing steel and its sliding surface is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with PTFE as additive. The shaft washer of the bearing is made of hardened bearing steel and its sliding surface is made of hard chromium plating. It can withstand axial or radial loads in one direction, but the radial load value must not be greater than 0.5 times the axial load value.

1. There is internal thread on the rod end of SI…C type joint bearing. The bearing is made of carbon structural steel. It can withstand the load with the same direction. It can also bear axial loads less than or equal to 0.2 times radial loads in any direction while bearing radial loads.

2. There is external thread on the rod end of SA…C type joint bearing. The bearing is made of carbon structural steel. It can withstand the load with the same direction. It can also bear axial loads less than or equal to 0.2 times radial loads in any direction while bearing radial loads.

 

3. There is internal thread on the rod end of SI…CS-2Z type joint bearing. The bearing is made of carbon structural steel. It can withstand the load with the same direction. It can also bear axial loads less than or equal to 0.2 times radial loads in any direction while bearing radial loads.

9. SQ…L type joint bearing is made of special self-lubricating alloy material, which can withstand radial load and small axial load in any direction.
