The sliding contact surface of spherical plain bearing is an inner spherical surface and an outer spherical surface. It can rotate and swing at any angle during movement. 6) GE ... FSA

The outer ring of this metal bearing is medium carbon steel, and the sliding surface is composed of glass fiber reinforced plastic discs made of polytetrafluoroethylene as an additive. It is used for large and extra-large bearings and can withstand large radial loads.

 

7) GE ... FIH

The outer ring of this bearing is hardened bearing steel, and the inner ring is medium carbon steel. The sliding surface is composed of glass fiber reinforced plastic discs with polytetrafluoroethylene as an additive, and is fixed on the inner ring by a retainer. It is used for large and extra-large bearings and can withstand large radial loads.

The outer ring of GAC ... F bearing is hardened metal bearing steel, the sliding surface is glass fiber reinforced plastic with PTFE as an additive, the inner ring is hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface is plated with hard chromium. It can withstand radial loads and axial loads in one direction.

 

 

Self-lubricating Thrust Spherical Plain Bearings

The outer ring of GX… F type seat bearing is hardened bearing steel, the sliding surface is glass fiber reinforced plastic with PTFE as an additive, the inner ring is hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface is hard chrome plated. It can withstand axial or combined loads in one direction.

 

 

Self-lubricating Rod End Joint Bearing

1) SI ... C

It is an assembly of CE ... C type bearing and rod end. The rod end has internal thread and the material is carbon structural steel, which can bear the load in the same direction. It can withstand radial load while bearing axial load less than 0.2 times of radial load in any direction.

 

2) SA ... C

It is an assembly of CE ... C type bearing and rod end. The rod end has external threads. The material is carbon structural steel, which can withstand constant load. It can withstand radial load while bearing axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times radial load in any direction.

 

3) SI… CS-2Z

It is an assembly of GE… CS-2Z bearing and rod end. The rod end has internal thread and the material is carbon structural steel. It can withstand radial load while bearing axial load less than 0.2 times of radial load in any direction.

 

4) SA… CS-2Z

It is an assembly of GE… CS-2Z bearing and rod end. The rod end has external threads. The material is carbon structural steel, which can bear the load in the same direction. It can withstand radial load while bearing axial load no more than 0.2 times of radial load in any direction.

5) SIB ... C
