General motor operating regulations stipulate that the maximum temperature of rolling bearings does not exceed 95 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature of sliding bearings does not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the temperature rise should not exceed 55 degrees Celsius (the temperature rise is the bearing temperature minus the ambient temperature during the test).
When the pump is operating under specified conditions, the temperature of the outer surface of the built-in industrial bearing should not be higher than the temperature of the conveying medium by 20, and the maximum temperature should not be higher than 80 degrees. The temperature rise of the outer surface of the outer bearing should not be higher than 40 ° C. The maximum temperature is not higher than 80 degrees.
Common temperature standards for motor bearings
GB3215-82 4.4.1: During pump operation, the maximum knuckle bearing temperature does not exceed 80 degrees;
JB / T5294-91 22.214.171.124: The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40 degrees of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.
JB / T7255-94 5.15.3: Operating temperature of the bearing. The temperature rise of the rod end bearing shall not exceed 35 degrees, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75 degrees.
JB / T7743-95 7.16.4: The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40 degrees of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.
JB / T8644-1997 4.14: The temperature rise of the ball bearing shall not exceed 35, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.
Treatment method for excessive bearing temperature rise
Cause 1: The lubricant has been used for too long and has not been replaced.
Treatment method: Wash the industrial bearing and replace the lubricant.
Cause 2: The ball or roller in the bearing is damaged.
Treatment method: Replace with a new bearing ring.
Cause 3: The shaft is bent and the centerline is not accurate.
Treatment method: find the center again.
Cause 4: The base screws are loose.
Treatment method: Tighten the basic screws.
Cause 5: The lubricant is not clean.
Treatment: Change the lubricant.
